- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely horrible management company. I've lived here nearly 20 years and purchased a second unit a few years ago. Lamont was always terrible, but that's when they became an absolute nightmare. Owners, even long term, quiet stable folks were once ignored, now with the second unit, I'm harassed. Yet Lamont favors board members who break rules (ie. allow loose dogs who scratch and leave mess) and get away. The exterior projects are at the expense of upstairs units having visible leak damage from very old roof. But Lamont and first floor board owners do not care.By Tovah Benson, June 01, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★As a condo owner and board member, I've had an excellent experience working with the folks at Lamont Management for over 5 years now. They have been very helpful and conscientious of our budget when it comes to arranging for repairs and maintenance. Most of my contact at Lamont has been with Stephanie, who has always been very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. She's worked especially hard to help us make upgrades to our paint and landscaping this past year, with more projects planned to keep our property well maintained and improve its market value.
